Surah Yaseen is traditionally regarded as representative of the miraculous nature of the Qur'an. The surah presents key themes of the Qur'an, such as the sovereignty of God, the unlimited power of God as exemplified by His creations, Paradise, the ultimate punishment of nonbelievers, resurrection, the struggle of believers against polytheists and nonbelievers, the reassurance that the believers are on the right path, and that Muhammad was the greatest and the last messenger of Allah, amongst others.

This exquisite calligraphy of Surah Yaseen is a Mahajati masterpiece, meticulously handmade using the whittling technique. This process involves carving raw wood to allow the calligraphy to stand freely without any background. The calligraphy extends into the black-colored trimming to create the illusion of fabric stitching along the edges.

Measuring 208cm in length and 109cm in height, this framed hand-carved calligraphy features a classic, naturally finished frame with modern, clean straight-line detailing.
